CPT is a great company to work for. Everyone cares about you, everyone acknowledges each other. Their is strong communication among each other as well. CPT is not just a "we come to work place" We have virtual holidays and activities which it is fun to be part of. I Love CPT and can't wait what the future holds for all of us.

``````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````In the beginning, I felt intimidated by all the aspects of my job duties because like any other job it was new to be but, after having training and being hands on my confidence grew. I grew so much in just a short amount of time. I surprised myself on how quickly I picked things up especially since I'm multi-tasking more than what I was used to. You get a hold of what works for your. You're always busy (in a good way). Sometimes your switching gears numerous times at once or it might be repetitive but your never asking yourself- what now?

The one thing that stood out to me that no previous employer has do was, each department manager took the time to explain what their department does and how my duties contribute to their process. This gave me the overall picture. There was no guessing what does this person or that person does; it was a complete picture from start to finish. Throughout my my tenure, I feel acknowledge, appreciated and praised for my work. I'm motivated on a daily basis to learn more and be hands on in different areas. CPT is a family oriented company that looks out for their employees. Everyone is friendly and the company moral is amazing. Any concerns, suggestions or feedback is welcomed and received.

Work hard/Play hard Culture with a warm family environment. Our work is deadline driven so time flies. You will learn so much about labor laws and protections to employees. Management clears your path to ensure your success. Work load tends to be heavy at times but every department riles up to meet these challenges. CPT/Owner truly cares for the employees and it is truly felt. Great place to work and grow.

Working at CPT has been a learning path that made me discover new abilities and develop skills. A typical day at work for me is going through your to-do list and staying on top of deadlines. Our management communicates and problem solves in time needed. I would say the hardest part of the job is feeling like there is not enough hours in the day to get all tasks done because of its time consuming process. On the other hand, the best part of the job is the people that I work with. CPT definitely feels like family.
